Services

Forest and land management consulting for private landowners, timber companies, conservation organizations, and public agencies across Northern California.

What We Offer

Forest and Land Management

Silvicultural prescriptions, long-term forest management planning, and stand assessments for private landowners, investment funds, and conservation organizations. We work with working timberlands, non-industrial private forests, conservation properties, and rural parcels across Siskiyou, Shasta, and Trinity Counties. Not every landowner needs a THP. We can help you understand your land, set realistic goals, and put together a plan that fits your situation.

Timber Cruising and Sale Layout

Timber inventory, cruise design and execution, sale area layout, and timber marking. We provide reliable volume estimates and field work to support timber sales, management decisions, and landowner planning. Available for commercial and non-industrial private forest ownerships.

Timber Harvest Plans

Full THP preparation and assembly for submission to CAL FIRE under the California Forest Practice Rules. We manage the process from initial layout through final approval, including all required analysis and agency filing through CalTREES.

Agency Coordination

We handle coordination with all reviewing agencies throughout the THP process and beyond. This includes working with CAL FIRE, CDFW, the Regional Water Quality Control Boards, and the California Geological Survey so your project stays on track.

RFP and Bid Response

Available for Timber Sale Layout, Timber Cruising, Timber Marking, THP preparation, forest health assessments, and general land management consulting bids from private companies, small landowners, conservation organizations, and public agencies.

California timber projects involve multiple reviewing agencies. We know the process and handle that coordination for you.
